it all depends on waht beach you are going to. there are some beaches in california you cant smoke at so just check out the website of the city the beach is in

i have just come back from spain and you can still smoke anywhere and its been banned there for about two years

I live in Fort Lauderdale and we can, Just have a baggie to put your cigarette butts in so you can dispose of them when you leave
