At 33% body fat, you are heavy. Male "ideal" percentage is in the neighbourhood of 10%...presuming you plan to be a high level athlete. For the rest of us, trying to stay below 20% should keep you in a "good place"...
For a home fat test, go back to the old "pinch an inch" rule. If you can pinch an inch on your waist, you need to loose some weight.
For home fit test, how far can you run? Can you jog a mile in a respectable time? Are you out of breath in the first block? If you can't even make it from your front door to the sidewalk...you're seroiusly out of shape... ;) But I don't think that is particularily what you were asking. For that, talk to your phys-ed teacher at school, or a trainer at a gym, since school's out.

Okay, I am a 21 year old male in the United States Air Force. I am 6'1" tall, 162 pounds and have a waist size of 34. That size is definitely too big for a 15 year old male with your height. I would recommend drinking nothing but water and go running/jogging/walking.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Yeah, you are out of shape.
Your young, so getting back in shape won't be too difficult.
Give the video games a break and start exercising.
Also, start eating a little healthier.
At 33% body fat, you are carrying around 47.85lbs of fat

That's really bad dude.
13% body fat to 33% body fat is not good. 33% body fat is over weight.
I'm 16 years old, 13% body fat 145lbs 5'8 32` waist

you can buy a hand held body fat analyzer from amazon.com for about 20-25 dollars.
you sound like you're a little bit out of shape, but since you're young, it should be easy to get back into better shape. you'll bounce back quickly if you put in the time and dedication.

Nothing is too big! Everyone has their own unique shape and size! Thats what makes everyone great!! IF we were all the same, well.... it would suck! You are beautiful and unique in your very own wayy!!! Be happy and confident about who you are and how you look! Take care of it though... you only get one body! Also, its not how otheres view you that makes you good looking... its how you view yourself! Confidence is key!!! If youre not happy with the way you look then only one person can change that!! You know who that is......

Yes that's bad.
It's also a bad age to "let yorself go" because you are only going to struggle with this for the rest of your life (especially past 30).

i wouldn't worry about it. my brother used to be a size 42 at 15 and he went through puberty in highschool and then when he graduated he was a healthy size 32 and he didn't even exercise or change his diet. keep active though and you should be fine.
