You can use a deep conditioning mask once a week. Joico K-Pak conditioner is a good one that can be used as a mask or as a daily conditioner.

Here's a recipe for a natural mask:

Shiny Soft Hair Treatment
In a small bowl, mash and combine: 1 avocado (1/2 for shorter hair)
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Apply to hair and allow to remain 30 minutes or longer, then shampoo and condition as usual. Amazingly silky, shiny, soft hair! http://www.care2.com/greenliving/avocado-kitchen-cupboard-beauty-tips.html

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed & remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Try using a hair masque after you shampoo and condition in the shower such as Vive smooth intense hair masque for dry, frizzy hair. Leave it in for about 3 min in the shower then rinse it out and after the first use you will notice your hair will be a lot softer, shiner, and less dry.

use a hot oil treatment or a deep conditioner (recommend garmier-use 3-4 times a week)
when your hair is still wet (after the shower) put in some leave-in conditioner.
when your hair is dry use a finishing creme.

these should all restore health and shine!
good luck!

If you shampoo everyday, then skip a day or 2. Let your hair's natural oils build up.
Also, if you blow-dry your hair everyday, that is VERY drying, so give your hair a break from that too.

Buy Redken smooth down shampoo & conditioner. Use the whole range. It was designed for dry unrully frizzy hair.

Don't forget to use treatments.
