There really isn't any reasonable way to loose 50 pounds in 30 days.

At best you could stop eating and live on water and vitamins/mineral supplements, and excercise like mad... you might loose 30 pounds in a month. But you would soon have to eat or die and you would likely gain all of it and more back within a year.

There are no quick fixes for dropping 50 pounds. You may however find that dropping only 25 pounds while working out to tone up muscles would give you a better appearance than simply trying to lose 50 pounds.

Remember that muscles are more dense than fat so if you can increase muscles by 1 cubic inch you've likely removed 2 cubic inches of fat so you would look like you lost 1 cubic inch of fat even though you would weigh the same amount. Also realize that if you do a drastic diet your body will not only slow down its metabolic rate but also start using muscle as a source of fuel... that means after a few months your muscle mass will be less and yet is more difficult to get back than the fat leading you to look larger after you go back to your old weight than you looked when you started the whole process.

Honestly I don't think you can lose that much weight in a month but in order for you to lose wieght is to excerise for at lease and hour each day. You must eat right so no more fast food and junk food. You have to make a promise to yourself to change. And drink a lot of water. Not only is that good but it keeps your face and skin clear.

Don't use the pills there still unhealthy, drugs are horrible and kill you slowly and worst of all if you end up liking it you'll be hooked, and just starving yourself is the worst thing anybody can say. People do that and then they make it an habit and then they lose control over there body. Until it's to late or they figure out that they're to skinny and they need professional help.

THOSE ways ARE not WORTH it! If your going to lose weight do it the right way.

50 lbs is too much in a month!!! Try adding some exercise and adjusting your diet. Do not eat out!!!! less fried foods more fruits and veggies!! Try to use a smaller plate, drink more water. Do not drink anything with calories, those are just empty anyway. (except milk) If you have the money you can try jenny Craig or weight watchers. I would just try good old moderation, and start adding in some work outs. If you already walk add more or start running. Enjoy the summer and join a pool. Just think everything you DO gets you closer to your goal!! BUT most important love yourself!! You can be beautiful at any weight as long as you are healthy. Look back and think about how long it too you to gain those 50lb.

only way to lose 50 lbs in a month is to get lipo suction...you could possibly pull of 10 lbs a month if you work hard.. the diet pills dont work and what weight you do lose will come right back. you need to make a lifestyle change and be patient.. its all about eating right and exercising. I hear the 5 factor diet works great! try that out the book is only about 15 dollars and all the celebs are doing it.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Not possible, most likely. However, you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Jogging every day burns a lot of fat. do exercises like lunges and the plank every day. Going on a fast of water and fruit for a long time really helps. I lost 5 pounds in 3 days by doing that. DON'T eat junk or chips, they are really fattening. And most important, don't skip your breakfast, if you do, you're day gets of to a lousy start.

its impossible ... unless u stop eating and drinking and ur body will get rid of all muscle mass as well as water and maybe a little bit of fat too ... but getting rid of 50 pounds of fat is not something that can be done in a month ... hell ur lucky if u can do it in a year

even the cleasing diets dont work ... dont be fooled by people trying to take ur money, nothing will reduce ur weight that much that quick

its impossible to lose that much weight in one month without becoming extremly ill and needing hospitalization. The healthy weight loss plan, says no mor than 2 lbs. per week. You may me able to get away with 4 lbs. in a week without becoming ill, but certainly not 50 in a month. sorry.
