I've never met anyone. I don't believe they exist. If they do, I would want to know when they celebrate their birthday, Febraury 28th or March 1st. Also, how the hell did their parents explain that one to them?

This is not a phenomenon, my friend in grade school was born Feb. 29th and he celebrated on the 28.

I went to school with twin boys who were born on Feb 29th. Every year they'd celebrate their birthday on a different day.

Yes. My cousin was born on February 29 1977. Shes legally thirty this year, But we tease her about only being 3.

My stepfathers sister and she had feb 28th on her drivers license but her birth certificate said the 29th..

yea my father was born on 02/29...he celebrates it on both days unfortunately
