As long as they're legal and in original packaging. Don't put 'em in a baggie or tupperware and you shouldn't have a problem. If they're unlabeled, if you get an overzealous TSA agent, you could spend more time than you need getting thru security.

As long as they are LEGAL pills.
You can walk into the airport gift shop and pick up asprin, motion sickness pills and many others.

Pills are fine. They aren't liquid, so you won't have a problem.
