False. Where are the buttons located? Not on the part of the sleeve you'd use to wipe your nose.

I am not sure also. It seems to be very funny idea. Our soldier just blow the nose like a spray or dig it with the finger and then they wipe on their friend. Soldiers are very funny peoples.

its partly true, napoleons soldiers copied it from the British
to stop it looking like snail trails on there sleeves
they also used there shirt tails to wipe there arses after shitting it at Waterloo.

yes and didn't you learn this from history.....he got sick and tired of seeing dirty snotty sleeves and this is the only way he knew how to stop it.
