Here is recipe for a deep moisture treatment I've used with great sucess:
Snowy's Deep Moisture Treatment
1 part Conditioner (must be moisture), mine is VO5-Sun Kissed Raspberry (Really cheap, too. Usually $1 bottle.)
1/4 part honey
1/4 part clear aloe vera gel (Fruit of the Earth works well).
Place in a cup and warm in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds--just until warm. Wash hair and squeeze out excess, blot dry, leave in under heat cap, warm towels or shower cap, what have you, for an hour or so. Rinse well.
Word of caution though: Honey should only be used in normal to humid climates. Honey acts as a humectant; meaning that it pulls moisture from the environment. If you live in arid, dry areas, honey can actually do more damage to your hair since the only moisture available is in your hair. It can suck your hair dry.

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed & remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Avocado Deep Conditioner
You need 1 small jar of mayonnaise and a 1/2 avocado. Then Peel avocado and remove pit. Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl with your hands until it's a consistent green color. Smooth into hair being careful to work it to the ends. Use shower cap or plastic wrap to seal body heat in. Leave on hair for 20 minutes. For deeper conditioning wrap a hot, damp towel around your head over the plastic, or use a hair dryer set to a low to medium heat setting.
Since I'm not really sure for what you want a hair mask for heres one for frizz..
Ingredients:
1/2 (120 ml) cup hair conditioner
1/4 (60 ml) cup honey
1 (15 ml) tablespoon almond oil
Mix together the ingredients and blend well. Pour the mixture over your damp hair and work it in. Leave it on for about 20 minutes for a good, deep conditioning. Rinse it out.
This one is for dry hair:
Apply olive oil all over your hair. Cover with a plastic bag and let it stay for 20 minutes. For extra conditioning take a warm shower while waiting. The heat will help the oil work to its maximum potential.

I really like just plain organic coconut oil because it is very good for your hair and scalp. What I do is heat it up for 30 seconds to melt it, let it cool off, massage it into every inch of my scalp and then to the rest of my hair, focussing on the ends. Leave in for at least 30 minutes and shampoo and condition. It is great for your hair and it smells good, unlike olive oil or mayonnaise or any of the other treatments.

Here's one using avocado:
Shiny Soft Hair Treatment
In a small bowl, mash and combine: 1 avocado (1/2 for shorter hair)
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Apply to hair and allow to remain 30 minutes or longer, then shampoo and condition as usual. Amazingly silky, shiny, soft hair! http://www.care2.com/greenliving/avocado-kitchen-cupboard-beauty-tips.html

It may sound weird, but putting a penny-sized dab of honey in with your shampoo once or twice a week will make it shine.
