All cheese is good for you. When you buy feta don't buy the junk that's made in America from cows milk, buy the real thing from Greece thats made from goats milk or sheep& goats milk.

yes,it has less fat than a lot of cheeses. also it suits a lot of people if they are allergic to cows milk,as Feta cheese is from Goats.
