Yes we have been using 18" rays 350Z nismo wheels on several 300zx race and street cars you have to be carefull about width how tall the side wall is. They bolt right up.

Yes they do. There is a guy in my z club that uses the stock 350z wheels. His wheels are chrome but the size never differs just because of style. Just view some pics. His name is Jmallard on 300zxclub.com His tt 300zx is for sale aswell with wheels as well. Hope you find what your looking for.

Probably not due to the different offsetting that's used on the newer. There is one way to find out- Jack up the 300ZX & try the wheels on. If the 1990 is a 5 lug, then the bolt pattern is the same 5-4.5 (5-114.3pcd) and the centre bore is also the same 66.56mm. More than likely the wheels/tires will hit the struts though-good luck!
