Do I need a break? I'm under a lot of pressure & stress right now. I'm about to have an anxiety attack & cry. I have final exams all next week, & I know I need to be studying. I want to do my best & make all A's, but I doubt it's going to happen with all this distraction & interruption in my life.

Swim, swim, swim. It is a great stress reliever. You will study and learn better after you have had some exercise and fresh air. Don't over-study. Do your best. I only have an associates degree, not a bachelors, but I graduated with a 4.0 GPA. No one even asks about my GPA when I apply for jobs. I was advised not to put it on a resume. So don't worry about getting a 4.0 GPA, just worry about learning all you can.

Good luck to you; work on not stressing out, though I know that is easier said than done.

maybe u should break you weekend up. You could do swimming tomorrow n maybe a bit of whatever else you want to do then for the rest of the day, or on sunday do somw studying. Also (this might help) before you start your studying, try to clear your mind of the things that are going to distract you and sink into your studies, foorgetting everything else thathas happened during the week. - It usually helps!
Good luck with your exams!

What, you can't swim for a little while and study later? You definitely should take a 15 minute break every hour you study anyway. It'll take off some of the pressure, which will help you retain more knowledge.

Ok...you need to calm down...you are only human and you can only take so much, so i suggest that you study hard but maybe every day give yourself an hour or so to swim to reward yourself for studying so hard. Don't worry you'll do fine on the final exams.

Just chill, figure out what you need to do first, set ur priorities and see the plus and minuses. If you study hard and get good grades you can have an even more relaxing summer, but if you feel you know the material then take a swim you deserve it. It really is up to you, set ur priorities. and that's it. Hope I helped.

If you keep studying non-stop, you will make yourself go mad. You deserve a break, but dont get too lazy. Do your studying but give yourself time out from it all as well. It will help to calm you down and stay focused.

You need to learn to calm down and block it out. If you go into studying with an attitude that you wont make it, then you wont. Dont let anything bring you down. If its something you cant fix then leave italone and hit those books and realize the key to your future being successful lies in you hitting those books and not letting anything distract you.
