In Health & Fitness classes in school they will tell you its healthy for girls to who are 5'' to weigh 100 pounds, & for if you're taller just add 5 pounds per inch.
Supposedly that is the average, but you can weigh more or less depending on whether you have a skinny or large body frame.
So a healthy weight for you accordingly would be about 115-125 pounds. & as for the clothing size, that varies due to different body forms. I'm considered petite by most people & I look like I can fit the same clothes as my friends, but whenever it came to pants & jeans, usually my waist & butt would be a little too big.

As others have stated, there are a lot of variables. On a standard growth chart I plotted your height range with your age to figure what percentile you were in. The corresponding weight range is 110 to 122 pounds.

An average weight would be 130lb. I know 14 years old around 130lb. and if you think they are big, think wrong. They are pretty healthy.

It depends on your body type and genetics and your ethnicity. 100 lbs is too skinny. I would say around 120 to 155.
