I am a firm believer that there is no such thing as a coincidence.

Yes. My mother had colon cancer. All the doctors told us that she would die. Her surgeries had failed and she had developed peritonitis. Every day we went to see her at the hospital, doctors would tell us about another complication.
One day, doctors had a meeting with the family, if they operate, mom will most likely die; if they don't operate, mom will die too.
We were all crying, thinking, it must be God's Will.
Then my dad gets up and says, we have to pray!
I don't know why, or how I got the courage. But I told the doctors: "In the name of The Lord, my mother will NOT die. She will get up from that bed and she will be completely healed. And she will be able to give testimony of the miracle God has done"
Doctors looked at me like I was crazy.
My sisters, my dad and I started praying every hour on the hour. We held hands and formed a circle around her. It wouldn't just be any prayer, it would be pouring our hearts out to The Lord. It was a moment of desperation for we were about to lose the love of our lives.
I know you might not believe me, but this happened 15 years ago. My mom woke up that week; there was no sign of cancer in her intestines. She didn't even require chemotherapy.
God answers prayers. You have to believe. This is the reason why I believe and I will always praise Him!

yes, many times.here is one example-- my oldest son was in the Army and was among the first deployed to IRAQ i was so worried like all the parents were and when the first ambush took place i was so afraid my son could be in it and there was no way to know.i prayed and asked GOD to give me a sign anything to let me know if my son was safe.and he did.later that night i had a dream.it was in the desert and all i could see was sand all around and then i saw a tank .i could see my son standing up looking around and playing a small guitar and singing.in the distance i then saw a camel wearing a white turban on his head and my son was singing Ahab the Arab and i started laughing.i thought if he is singing that silly song he has to be all right.i felt so assured and i knew he was OK,GOD answered my prayers and my son came home many months later but alive and well! thank you GOD for all your blessings! AMEN!

How would you even know? If you pray for god to do something for you and it happens, how do you know that it was god and that it wouldn't have happened even if you hadn't prayed? In addition to that, having prayed for something you want to happen, aren't you just a bit swayed by the fact that YOU wanted it? I mean, if I pray to get a job, go out to alot of interviews and eventually get hired, haven't I been complicit in this affair? Doesn't this tend to blur the line between what I wanted and helped myself to get and what god did for me all by himself? If you cannot see this simple point then why even ask if god has answered prayers? A rain drop falls on some elephant dung in the Jungles of Asia, the sun rises on the African desert, and someone in Liverpool looses his car keys. You're saying these are all intimately related?

Yes, God has answered a prayer for me, he's answered a ton of them for myself and my friends and my family. It's quite difficult to explain how though. I know that when I pray I ask for a sign, nothing specific but I ask and when I have a sign I know something is going to happen, normally something that I pray to him for. I can't really explain an example, its really hard. I don't know what to tell you except that God has answered prayers for me before.

yes. I have prayed for guidance, for help with finances, to heal others...in addition to many other things throughout life...and while the answers were not always immediate...they came around full circle. When looking for guidance with career, I studied harder at school, worked harder at my job, and was promoted...when asked for help with finances...received new, more lucrative job offer...to heal others...I always pray for God's perfect will in peoples lives...I do not know what is best for them...and trust that God does.
