I'm looking for a recipe using cream cheese to make into a dip or a spread that does NOT have any meat, seafood, peppers, or salsa in it. Thanks!

There are several versions of this recipe, called Margarita Fruit Dip, but this is my fav. It's very good!

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup frozen margarita drink mix, thawed
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup Cool Whip

Blend all ingridents with a hand mixer until it is smooth and creamy

Another one that is really good, even though it sounds gross, is Green Pepper Jelly and Cream Cheese mmmm Just take a block of cream cheese and pour a small jar of pepper jelly on it and eat it with crackers! Or blend it all up with a hand mixer, whichever way you like it. It's awesome.

You could make a cheese ball or take the cheese ball ingredients and make them into a dip. Here you go:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
5 dashes hot sauce
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans or other nuts
Mix all ingredients (except nuts) together well and form into a ball. Roll into chopped nuts, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving. Serve with assorted crackers.

Try blending cream cheese with a little lemon juice, garlic, fines herbes, and cheddar cheese. Adjust seasonings to taste and add fresh ground black peppercorn. Good stuff!
