like bleu cheese dressing then? because there IS a difference between bleu cheese and the dressing. But since you are not specifying dressing, I am going to assume that you have celery, a ranch (almost like a farm house), and you want some bleu cheese. In that case, take one of your horses out of its stable and ride it into town to your nearest grocier. Near the deli or bakery, there should be a large round cooler, almost like the ones found near the meat section. Not the coolers that hold that frozen food, but the ones that are waist high (unless you're still in your cowboy boots, then they'll come to about your knee). In this particular cheese chiller, you can find all sorts of cheeses to take back to your ranch where you can enjoy your celery.

You cannot buy blue cheese, you must be one with the blue cheese, and then, once enlightened, you will have what you desire.
If that fails, Albertsons, Safeway, Giants, HEB, any of them will have it,.

Maytag blue cheese is the best! (And, yes, it's made by the same family that makes appliances.)
Buy it online here www.maytagblue.com
