I accidently left the 1/2 gallon of milk out overnight, which was about half full. I put it back in the fridge for a few hours, then I drank a glass and it wasn't sour. I assume that it will get sour pretty fast, so is it okay just tank the whole thing now (under half is left) while it's good? I don't want to explode or anything...
