I did the same thing a good few years ago and thought it would be ok, I delayed doing anything about it for a good 24 hours, went to casualty and ended up in bed flat on my back for 7 days, I'd chipped a bone in my coccis and fractured a bone in the base of my spine too, please go to the hospital and get checked out, better to be safe than sorry, good luck.

You sound totally shook up - poor thing. Go have a nice long soak in the bath and take a paracetamol and go to bed! See how you feel in the morning. If you get any dizziness I think you ought to called NHS Direct (assuming you are in the UK)
Hope you feel better tomorrow.

Go to hospital and et checked out. You may have injuries and the fact you're feeling sick doesn't sound good.

Yeah, probably going to the hospital is the best thing.
If you're dead set against it, take two aspirin and call me in the morning.
