Good menu. You can eat that.

Look, to eat no carbs at all can cause you hypoglicemia and lack of energy. To eat too many, will make you fat. A piece of pasta is ok, but not two pieces and bread and potatoes and rice and...on the same day.

From what I can see, you are much healthier than your peers. Walking 5 days a week for 80 minutes each and additional jogging is what most of us adults aspire to attain. This activity will maintain healthy metabolism and also contribute to healthy bones...if you keep this up, you should not experience complications from osteoporosis (which by the way, begins in your mid-30's). Don't ever give up this healthy habit of walking...it will serve you for the rest of your life.

From what you are eating, I would say you are doing okay. I would probably consider golden grahams too sugary and maybe too processed; however, your tastes will eventually change. When they do, I reccommend less processed cereals such as granola or steel-cut oatmeal where you can control the amount of sweeteners put in. If you favor foods that are less processed (closer to the original form), you should reduce your chances of getting diabetes and will maintain better overall metabolism (ability to process food and fats).

You didn't mention anything about calcium, so I assume you are drinking milk. But be sure to get enough calcium (1000mg?) and Vitamin D each day. If you can't get it from milk, get it from dark leafy greens.

Our nutritionist says don't get too uptight over what is good and what is bad to eat...your body should be able to dispose of its toxins if you are eating everything in moderation and getting exercise. Overall, try to add some whole-grain foods into your daily routine since they will aid in cleansing your body of fat and toxins. Aim for a wide variety of fresh foods to make sure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals for your body to maintain itself.

Since you are 15 , I suggest you eat all those that you have written down and more..
You are still growing and you need the nutrition. Once you get into actual bodybuilding etc, you will realize people cut down carbs which is pasta rice bread etc.....but if you time it right, say you eat it in the morning it gives you energy throughout the day.....but if you eat it at night...it sits in your stomach and gets stored as fat...
EAT UP ....and enjoy... Your diet seems awesome.!
