I noticed that older and younger men and women look very different besides the wrinkles and such because their faces (for a man) gets wider and their chin's become more broad. Therefore, I am curious about when a person's facial structure is set.

Never, actually. Your nose and your jaw continue to grow slowly throughout your life, and of course, you facial structures start to soften. It is better to accept these changes GRACEFULLY, as personal values can and should change from a focus on externals to a wiser, more mature realization of the true nature of existence.

Also, facial reconstructive techniques leave you looking just as grotesque, but in a different way. Just take a look at recent National Enquirer pictures of Hollywood actresses from the seventies if you don't believe me!
