If your doctor prescribed them to you yes...it is not safe to be taking other people's medications....

IF YOUR DOCTOR TOLD YOU TO DO IT.Otherwise don't be mixing drugs or taking something the doc didn't tell you to take.

you can, but be aware, both have a sedative side effect, so don't plan on going anywhere or doing anything but sleeping if you do.
