Jello, mash potatoes, chicken soup with noodles and grapes. Avoid melons, green veggies, greasy meats, hot dogs, any processed food.
If you have some bacteria, a yogurt will help balance the intestinal flora.
Get well soon.

Avoid anything with too much dairy or too much grease. Usually things with a lot of starch - crackers, pretzels, and bread will help ease your stomach. Try drinking clear liquids like water, or 7-up as well. If none of that works, try some soup, or even jell-o. Feel better!

My husband has trouble with acid reflux, but he can't take Prilosec: The stuff makes him sick. So I make a tea for him with chamomile, ginger, honey and a bit of sugar in it. It seems to help a lot. The chamomile comes in an herbal tea called Tension Tamer, and it's put out by Celestial Seasonings.
