I would imagine the classes are separate.
I attend a "Jewish" University and my economics, Accounting and English classes have nothing to do with religion. They are not mentioned or discussed.
Yes we have Jewish related classes, but what bering would that have on a microeconomics class? You learn supply and demand not Talmud and Halacha.

I went to Ouachita Baptist University and we are all required to take 6 hours of Biblical Studies classes - they are Bible Intro and Bible Interp. I've heard that the science department is pretty intense, but keep in mind that every university is going to have a biased or differing perspective on how to approach knowledge. That's part of being human, and if you go to a Christian school then you're going to be taught from a Christian perspective - admittedly, we were also taught how to see things from a more secular perspective as well.
I majored in Christian Studies Missions and Mass Communications Tv Productions.

It is taught without the attempt to brainwash us with evolution and natural selection.
All possibilities are discussed. At my Christian University, the Ph.D. educated science professor does not get all bug-eyed, red faced and have smoke blowing out his ears when you ask questions about the origins of the universe. He doesn't make fun of you. He treats you with respect and dignity.
I have taken courses at Christian and secular universities. The secular university professor made fun of religion in general and Christianity specifically. No respect there.
The Christian university professor treated each student with respect.
Don't think that secular universities are objective.
They're not.

No but an old girlfriend of mine who was an orthodox jew was sent to Brigham Young U by her Rabbi dad cause she was such a hell raiser.
She corrupted plenty of mormon boys before the asked her to leave.
From what she said their attitude toward non-believers was "Joseph Smith said i we know it's true and you're going to hell any way"
In her case they were probably right.
Keep your ideas to yourself, they will try to convert you. remember these are the people who think there were dinosaurs on Noah's Ark, by you trying to convert them you will be representing the Dark One.
Ride it out it could be fun, Remember a lot of girs get sent to Christian schools because they're naughty.
