I don't know which drug users you are accustomed to seeing, but a vast majority I have dealt with in my professional capacity have the opposite, their structures are wasted and they are usually terribly underweight.
Of course there are those that use anabolic steroids, which are also classified as drugs, but they suffer greatly for the inflated muscles that are produced, things like bone cancer, severe osteoporosis and "roid rage", behavioral changes, are just a few of the terrible risks one runs using anabolic steroids.
Regardless which illegal drug you may be referring to, they are illegal for a reason, and they all do ultimate damage to the body.

Depends waht drug suer u talking bub, some drug case people not to eat as much, other makes them more hyper and they do more things to help them burn fat. but then teh same times there body is very healthy it may look muscluar but deep in side it jsut nasty tissues that are weaken second by second
