Not true. They probably did say no to donating it because its against their policies, but they didn't say they don't support the war or the soliders. They said their employees sent over coffee.
However, there is a story that starbucks charged rescue workers $130 for 3 cases of bottled water on 9/11, which is actually a fact.

Kind of an urban legend, but not really. Starbucks, the corporate entity, may not have said they don't support the war, but they do refuse to donate coffee to the troops.

Not True.
And on 9-11, when they charged for the bottled water, they later gave that money back. The manager on duty charged for the water like it was any other day. Starbucks not only apologized but they made a large donation as well.

urban legend, this myth was started by some guy on the internet and it grew to unbelieveable proportions. the guy posted an apology to starbucks and said he lied. starbucks actually sends free coffee and makers to some units in iraq.

Not true Starbucks never had a negative comment about our troops. I believe that they as many other americans believe that our troops should be back home already and we are wasting our time on Iraq. Instead of fighting on iraq we should be protecting our borders from terrorists.

This is an old urban legend. Every time someone decides they don't like some business, this old story gets circulated about them. I promise you that if it were true, you'd see it in the news, not in some dumb email forward.
