I am planning to buy something on ebay for 1600..the problem is that one of my credit card limit is 1500.. I was planning to use two credit cards, but is it possible.. or will the 1500 card decline first.. if you do not understand my scenario..comment me and i will add details.. please help me fast! =) thanks

Email the seller. Tell him the situation and explain that you will be sending two payments for the one item. It shouldn't be a problem for you. It may end up being a problem for the seller though. PayPal is infamous for "flagging illegal activity". Basically if a transaction is unusal of your account, like suddenly recieving too more money than usual they will freeze the account, and your money, until you can prove it was all legit. While you fight and plead with the company your money is in a bank account earning interest for THEM. Its really very unfair. Some people never get their money because of PayPals fraud stipulations.

You will need to open a paypal account to acheive this.
It will take 1500 off your card and the other 100 out of your checking account. Break it up into two payments to the seller.
