My Mom always said that if your nose is itchy, you're going to kiss a fool.If your left ear itches, someone is saying loving things about you, if your right ear itches someone is saying spiteful things about you...Yes she was an old wife and she told tales!LOL Just scratch 'em!

I never heard about the nose but I have heard when your ear itches, that means someone is talking about you. I don't know how true that is though..

If your nose itches it means you're going to have a fight with someone. An argument, to be exact. Or it could mean you're going to have a visit from someone. (Right nostril mean female, left mean male) I don't really believe in this stuff though.
BTW: In Japan, if you sneeze unexpectedly, it means someone is talking about you.

All's I know about an itching nose is that if you scratch your nose while talking to someone, you're being dishonest. Its a nonverbal cue. (you've got funny answers!!)

yeah, and also if your ears burn, and if your palm itches it means your going to get money soon, and if nobody says "bless you" when you sneeze you are open to possession by the devil. I'm glad this is in etiquette, it makes me laugh because most the things we do now-days out of "politeness" started as superstition. Every time someone sneezes the first thing I think is "superstitious" but of course what comes out my mouth is "bless you."

I always heard that it was if your ear is ringing.
I think if your nose itches, you should scratch it.
