Sprite is sweeter and less fizzy, 7up is more crisp tasting and seems more carbonated to me! I really like Sierra Mist and Cherry 7up though!

One is by Pepsi and the other by Coca- Cola, personally, I prefer Sprite.

Sprite is stronger and it tastes better than 7up.

I don't drink enough of it to tell but I know Sprite has more sodium.
