How long is the hair you're trying to remove? It has to be a certain length for it to come out. Also, you have to pull the strip in the same direction as the hair is pointing. So if you're waxing your legs, the hair typically would point down towards your feet. So you'd pull the strip very quickly towards your feet.
Those kits work, trust me! I used one one time.

I tried those..they don't work. I tried several different home wax kits and most ended up ripping more skin than hair off. Finally I looked at a beauty supply site online Folica.com and found one waxing kit that they actually use in the salon that I get my hair done in. It's the warming machine, wax, muslim strips, and pre-wax lotion, aloe for after, wax remover and regular lotion. It works great! It's was about $50 but considering what I was paying at the salon it is well worth it and pays for itself after 2 waxing sessions.

well i used to use wax strips until i started shaving. either the set of wax strips you got is no good or the hairs on your legs are too think and strong. if you have shaved in the past then that can make the hairs on your legs thicker and more tough. i regretted shaving and tried to wax and found that the wax strips didnt work on me anymore. now i use braun silk epil. its a machine thats works like a tweeser and rips out the hair on your legs. its really good and doesnt hurt! also the hairs on your legs grow back finer. although its expensive (£40 - £60 i think) i reccomend it because u can use it forever whereas with everything else you hav to keep buying new ones. i hope i helped :)

Your hair must be 3/4" and apply the opposite direction that it grows. when ready, pull in the direction the hair grows. If that doesn't work, I would try a differant brand of wax.

It's key to rub the pre-waxed strip several times to melt the wax w/ your body heat before pulling it off. You also need to hold the skin really taut & pull the strip off quickly at the right angle.

Nothing....you must got the cheap kind, like I did....veet or something, if you have kinda course hair, or just stubbs on your legs, store bought waxing kits dont work very well, they usually work better on softer, longer hairs.
