These 2 links will provide information your wife needs to evaluate products.

This site has an ingredient dictionary, articles about skin care & product reviews.

http://www.makeupalley.com/
This site is a free membership site for consumer to consumer reviews of a beauty & personal care products. I've been a member for 3 years & it's been very helpful.

Some recommendations:

Cetaphil face wash & Clarins Cleansing Milk w/ Gentian - gentle, very good for slightly dry skin

Avon Microdermabrasion scrub - best exfoliating scrub. Granules are round & even. Product rinses off easily.

Murad AHA/BHA face wash - good for combination/slightly oily skin

Beauty w/o Cruelty clay mask & Origins charcoal mask - good for combination skin

Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask - has clay & benzoyl peroxide. Good for oily skin that has breakouts.

Toners: Thayer's Witch Hazel - most cost effective, Kiehl's, Alba

Note: I avoid products w/ citrus oils, mint, eucalyptus or camphor because I have sensitive skin. She may want to do the same since these products are common irritants.
