take vitamins ..vitamins always make me want to eat more..also increase the amount you eat and don't drink too much water or soda pop before you eat your meals..this gives you a sense of feeling full. i wish i had your problem.

Anything that gets your saliva flowing will trigger the digestive system to expect and want food. Salty foods are very good to get this response started. Try a salted cracker, a few potato chips, a few salted nuts, etc.

Increasing the intake of Iron will also increase appetite in many people. However, this is not something one would want to do to excess. Just select a multi vitamin with minerals that includes a good amount of iron and then take as directed.

There are also protein drinks specifically for weight gain if that is your objective.

Also, rather than trying to eat three big meals per day, you might try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals.

Eating simple carbs (anything with white flour, or sugar) like white bread, pasta, rice will give you an energy kick, but your insulin will drop very quickly and it will make you feel hungrier , but keep in mind refined sugars are not good for you and doing this may result in diabetes in the long run if you do it for an extended period of time

Talk with your doctor about oxandrin ( I believe that is how it's spelled). It helps with making you hungry.
You can also check out health stores...if that don't seem to have any results...Eat small meals through out the day. That way you are eating more frequently. I hope this help some.

i dunno if you can, if you want to gain weight youll just have to eat more when you are hungry, or eat more fattening things, or just eat when you arent hungry. try Gainer's Fuel if you havent already
