Bad. too many health related problems, the animal industry problems within the feed lots themselves, the over use of chemicals and other additives to maintain and increase the animals growth for the market. Antibiotics and steroids introduced to the animals, etc.
Does a person really want to eat something like that?? knowing what is or isn't contained in that steak?? Should have a Bio hazard label on it.

Good! Very good when grilled rare with a bit of hickory smoke.

I gave it up for the most part but that is because its so fatty. I'm trying to loose my weight from having twins.
