Do you think that maybe some miscarriages are caused by the soul entering the fetus and disrupting its development?

Sometimes the soul misses the fetus and hits the pavement. Then the baby grows up without a soul. According to our best research, this is what happened to Dick Cheney.

Hmm IWF...cant help but wonder about you at this particular moment in time...
Im gonna try a little copyandpastis..I hope you dont mind.

"Miscarriage is the most common type of pregnancy loss, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). Studies reveal that anywhere from 10-25% of all clinically recognized pregnancies will end in miscarriage. Estimations of chemical pregnancies or unrecognized pregnancies that are lost can be as high as 50-75%, but many of these are unknown since they often happen before a woman has missed a period or is aware she is pregnant."

Basically the bottom line in a lot of pregnancies end up in miscarriage. If you actually look at the female reproductive system the female body actually goes out of its way to prevent from being pregnant.

So funny thing is when you look at this from a creation standpoint...God did not design the female body to "be fruitful and multiply" yet the very fact that pregnancy does occur and maintains itself can be seen as a miracle.

A good majority of pregnancies end before anyone, even the woman, knew they started. Miscarriage is a normal, natural thing that happens when the development of the cells undergoes something, anything, that causes the body to say "hey, this isn't gonna work right now."

Most miscarriages are caused by low levels of Progesterone in the woman's system, or a developmental problem with the fetus.

No, most are caused by missing/ extra chromosomes or other genetic problems. Sperm cells are reasonably low quality, and a large amount of them contain extra, missing, or the wrong genetic information. Just as an extra 21st chromosome causes Downs Syndrome, an extra or missing chromosome elsewhere will often cause enough problems that the fetus/ embryo dies. I don't believe in souls, just science and fact.

No. Miscarriages are usually caused when there is something physically wrong with the fetus, something that would prevent it from thriving outside the uterus.

Nah. The soul is simply a unit of awareness. An interesting concept however that it might want to resist its "mission" (being born into this toilet bowl) - ha! Sometimes life's a *****!

I feel sorry for all those poor twins - who only have half a soul.

I dated a twin once. Larry. I thought he was just shy but I think it was really due to his very small soul :(

the whole set up is designed so that the spirit can enter into the waiting tissues....no I don't think that would cause miscarriage.

Are you joking? There are plenty of evidence based medical reasonsfor this to happen. Go smoke more crack, and see if you come up with more nonsense.
