I sent a letter to Wuhe, Bengbu but it never got there. I wrote down the address like that, "Anhui shen, Wu hexian, long hu chun # hao. China". I wonder if the postman, in this area, can read it as written in roman characters. Or have i written it the wrong way?

Romanized addresses will always get through albeit late. However, It seems what you have written is incomplete

"long hu chun # hao" does not have a number on it, where a number should have been indicated there.

I hope you have a return address.
