>>>It seems that I always hear Christians bashing homosexuality, but say very little about adultery which is one of the commandments. <<<
As for which is worse -- I don't know. Because the Bible condemns both, I think it's best to steer clear of both of them.
Adultery doesn't seem to be celebrated, approved of, and held up for special "rights protection" by the secular culture, the way homosexuality is.
There are a lot of "gay is OK" messages out there -- even in elementary schools! -- but I don't see popular culture pushing the idea that adultery is OK.
In other words, with adultery, there's no need to state the obvious (that it's wrong) because there isn't a wholesale push to sell and celebrate adultery.
But there is such a push with homosexuality. After all, I doubt any city in America has an Adulterers' Pride Parade -- but lots of them have Gay Pride ones.

I'm homosexual. Besides Adultery what about fornication, LIEING, or simply Coveting your neighbors wife(without even doing anything with her?)
If sin is sin and its all equally sin in the eyes of God why is one sin elevated and more evil than another? All those other sins are not even thought about much in the modern world.
I am what I am. I've repeated that its something innate inside me and cannot be changed. If I had to pose the question "Who would really want to be gay and stay that way all their life with all this negative connotation towards homosexuals? Who in their right mind would?" There are other cultures/holy books whom dont condemn homosexuality as sin either. I guess theyre also sinning and going to hell.
Think about it.

I am a Christian and I don't believe that there is anything wrong with homosexuality, but I do believe that there is everything wrong with adultery.
Every answer depends on who you ask, and some of the people spouting off against homosexuality may just be trying to divert attention away from what is wrong in their own life. I have found that the people who yell the loudest have the most wrong with their own lives.

The reason you hear more of Christians bashing homosexuality than adultery is because homosexuality is brought up more in questions asked. Both are sinful but homosexuality is brought up more.

Someone said they oppose the ideas of homosexuality. What? You oppose my ideas? What are my ideas? To go grocery shopping? Get my oil changed? Pay federal taxes? Good grief. As if I HAD an agenda. I am too busy being a very a boring, normal person to have an agenda.
Now Christians are the ones with an agenda trying to convert everyone. Not me!

A sin is a sin. God punishes sin accordingly to how He deems it immoral. Being gay is a sin and committing adultery is a sin and having sex with an animal is a sin and having an orgie is a sin. These are sins of the flesh.
We talk about homosexual more (possibly) because gays are demanding equal rights and to be able to have marriage rights. Adulterers aren't demanding equal rights. They know they are doing wrong.

Nope, they're both sin. One is just as bad as the other. Homosexuality just gets more attention in the world today, so gets more response from Christians.

Not to mention the fact that it seems that every sin is equal because it only takes one to go to hell and there are no degrees of hell to go along with the degrees of sin that some Christians seem to unknowingly profess, homosexuality being one of them.

Fornications is as bad ad adulteries, in that it is also sex with someone other than your future spouse. The one you are suppose to be true to.
The worst type of fornication to me is to molest children or rape.
As a Christian, I don't class homosexuality as a worse fornication. But still is the sin of adultery (sex with others than future spouse). While if the homosexuality act is molesting children or raping others, then it is a worst sin. And sometimes in danger of hell fire. As Jesus warned of offending the little children whose angels do observe the face of Father God 24/7.
To correct others opinions, Jesus told the Caesar that those who turned Him over to Caesar did the greater sin. Meaning that Pontios Pilot was guilty of sin too. But those who manipulated the crucifixion were guilty of the greater sin. So, Jesus, the Son of the Living God, said what was a greater sin to God. Then Jesus warned of hell fire to those who commit greater sins. Warnings to those who abuse children, those who lead children away from Christ, those who call others in faith stupid, those who blaspheme the Holy Spirit, hypocrites, etc... So, there are some sins that are greater & Jesus warns of hell fire.
