sometimes it feels like the fluids are not doing its job. is it my ligaments? theres no swelling the pain comes and goes sometimes when im just laying in bed. imostly feel the pain when i move my leg from sidi to side.

I've had a number of knee injuries and found that chondroitin and glucosamine really work. You do have to take them religiously for about a year before you feel the effect. Renewal of tissues takes time.

If u have a hot water bottle pack, put it around to soothe before u sleep and after a day's work.

But the best advice would be to see a doctor to check out.

Could be you have a torn meniscus. It usually won't swell and aches. You need to have an MRI, not an xray of your knee. In the meantime Motrin may help.

Sounds like arthritis on top of normal degeneration.
