I don't think they all do. In fact, I would guess that most don't.
Earlier today I was reading about a women's double team at Wimbledon -- one of them is from Israel and is Jewish, and the other is from India and is Muslim.
The Muslim one has caught some flack from Islamic groups for partnering on the court with a Jew.
She has said that she and the Jewish player are good friends, and that they just want to play tennis. Good for them!

I'd never hate someone just because of their religion. And when it comes to Muslims and Jews, we have so much in common. *sigh* If only we could just get along...

Most of the people in the world are pretty decent and respectful of each other. It is only when people who are driven to seek power over others begin to use religion as a means to mobilize support for their power grabs that the sort of hate that you speak of comes into being.
Religion is a very convenient way to work people up, as it is all based on nonverifiable data.

One of the big problems in this world is the slavish following of a group mentality promoted by people who think there are such things as "jews" and "muslims" each group being identified with fixed beliefs and attitudes.

Hate is pathetic behavior most often seen in theists. Some atheists hate as well, but most realize how detrimental it is to hate. Instead, we pity theists.
