Okay, so i have cheerleading season coming up, and i want to lose a few pounds. now im not fat, [im average weight] but im also above average height...
but in order to be a flyer i have to lose at least 2 or 3 pounds, espically off my STOMACH.
any ideas?
like i need good work outs for
my stomach.
i hate my love handles and need to tone my back/abs.

Aerobic exercise helps you to lose fat. So does not eating fatty foods or too much in general.

i'm not a cheerleader, but i'm gonna answer anyways. the best way to lose weight is with your diet. work out how many calories per day you need then drop them off slightly. do some cardio as well. make sure not to push yourself too hard either due to the lower calories, which may cause some side effects. good luck. :)

This makes me laugh because you particulary addressed this to cheerleaders although many other people may know the answer. Ha.

You should drink atleast 8 onces of water and day, try some sit-ups in the morning and night. That should help your tummy =]

We had to do heelstretch, forward roll, toetouch, herky, splits, back stroll over in case you have it. countless those that made our group this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days had no expericnce, it is my fourth 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. i'm no longer likely fat, yet i'm no twig. i'm curvy. you're able to positioned on a vest(cheer vest) physique journey(the element with the sleves that is going under the vest) and a skirt, oh, and spankies the underclothes issues. To tryouts positioned on soffee shorts and a tee shirt. everybody on my group did that. Haha. only tell them. they gained't care, like they're going to be proud, they gained't care like being mad. Run a one million/2 mile a minimum of, then take a seat on your splits. in case you run it stretches you. i understand you probable do no longer have faith me even in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it does. i think of you will make it:)

just drink lots of water and run in the morning, you should lose weight that way
if you want to lose extra weight off your stomach try situps

im a cheerleader too
:]
losing 2 pounds is
very easy.
but its easy to gain
too.
do sit ups every night.
if your hoping on losing two
pounds know ones going to
notice you lost it.
i wouldnt worry about it at
all.
