I've been reading a book "Unveiling Islam" and let me tell you...it is a real eye opener.

It's written by two ex-Muslims.

Last night, I was reading the part about his eleven wives. The youngest was nine years old...and he was almost 50 when they consummated the "marriage."

That is completely disgusting. I could never hold up a pedophile and say that he is a holy man or even go as far as calling him a prophet.

((That wasn't the first time I'd read about his youngest wife...but I though he was also younger. Wrong, so wrong.)

I look at Muhammed as a very spiritual man. He was an enlightened who tried to do some good in this world. It's not his fault that people perverted his words and teachings into what they are today.

Part good; part bad. As are all religions. What I don't like is what many of his present day followers are doing in his name.

This also applies to Christians and Jews.

I find it amusing that if I drew a sitck figure and put his name on it, I'd receive death threats.

Actually he doesn't seem all that different from the founders of other religions: he borrowed some ideas from existing religions, made something new out of them, and has a lot of crazy folk tales people have attributed to him since.

False. He denies Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God. He denies Jesus shed His blood on Calvery for remission of our sins. He denies Jesus raised from the dead.

The bible writes that people who deny these things are wolves in sheeps clothing. False prophets are wolves in sheeps clothing.

the Prophet Mu hammed was a super intelligent man of all times... tried his best to serve humanity but i believe he was among wrong people because his people had & will not appreciate his thoughts..thery used him & his wisdom for their own interests..& what is happing now is the prove...the real islam you can find in the west not in his home town(arab world)..in the west the are conducting most of his philosphy, ideas& wisdoms while his own native are unjustice ,they have more prisons than most of the world all togather...its a petty.. this great prophet did all his best to make his own people live better live but in vein..
