I love swimming - it's hard to come by - but getting in a pool and swimming some laps burns what you need to burn, excercises your muscles, and you stay cool and you can't tell when you sweat. It's the perfect thing to do on this earth to stay in shape. You have to push yourself into that "zone" where you decide, yeah maybe this isn't comfortable for me and it's getting hard, but I know that if it's hurting a little then it's working out what it needs to work out. How do you push yourself? What do you focus on? Thanks in advance!

i love swimming i used to do two miles a day but i havent been since i had my son two years ago cos i cant find a sitter! i loved the water and that i wasnt shattered and it exercises every muscle in your body, i also like using the rowing machine and weights, im not doing any kind of fitness at the moment but i intend to start in full motion once i have had my baby, i want to get back in my clothes this time asap, i waited with my son but i just lost all the weight and found i was preggers again! so thats motivation enough for me!

I walk, at first I didn't much like it, but the more I walked, and the further I walked the more I ended up really enjoying it. I get to know my surroundings and my community quite well. Now I walk because I love it, the physical benefits to me are quite secondary.

Dancing. It's so much fun you forget your body is getting a workout at the same time.
