Does TX have State supplemented child care and Pre-K?

Call your local preschool programs. They should be able to tell you. Also, have you looked into Head Start? They often have excellent programs, and even if you are over-income you should apply because they sometimes accept over-income families for a variety of reasons. Also call your local elementary school and churches. They may have reasonably priced programs affiliated with them.
