By his entire life course of integrity to God, including his sacrifice, Jesus Christ accomplished the “one act of justification” that proved him qualified to serve as God’s anointed King-Priest in heaven. (Romans 5:17, 18)
By his resurrection from the dead to life as a heavenly Son of God, he was “declared righteous in spirit.” (1Timothy 3:16) Heavenly creatures proclaimed him “worthy to receive the power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing,” as one who was both lionlike in behalf of justice and judgment and also lamblike in giving himself as a sacrifice for the saving of others. (Revelations 5:5-13)
Above all, he upholds Jehovah’s universal sovereignty, showing that his own Kingdom government would be based solidly on that Supreme Source of authority.
He, Jesus is in heaven now with the earth as his footstool. Soon he will return but not in human form to restore perfection to the earth and to those that chose to live by godly standards. That day is call Armageddon. At Armageddon he will come as a thief in the night; Jesus doesn't even know the day, but only his Father, Jehovah God knows.
What is interesting is that around Armageddon, the foolish worldly governments and rulers (Bush, Gore, Osama, Blair, China, Japan, etc., and all those that make up the governments) will band together like they are going to "strap up with weapons" against Jesus and his angels when they destroy the wicked including these governments in the world and any participating in them. They will be annialated because Jehovah will smite them and laugh at them before they are destroyed. They have been misleading the entire inhabited earth including that of false religions also, and the blasphemers and ridiculers. All of these ones mentioned will be destroyed for good.

He's seated next to the Father in Heaven, and he's coming soon. The Holy Spirit is in me and all believers.

In God's Kingdom. When Jesus was put to death on a torture stake and then he was resurrected, he ascended to heaven. (Acts 2:33) Hence, that is where God’s Kingdom is—in heaven. That is why the Bible calls it a “heavenly kingdom.” (2Â Timothy 4:18) Although God’s Kingdom is in heaven, it will rule over the earth.—Revelation 11:15.
What makes Jesus an outstanding King? For one thing, he will never die. Comparing Jesus with human kings, the Bible calls him “the one alone having immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light.” (1Â Timothy 6:16) This means that all the good that Jesus does will last. And he will do great and good things.

Jesus Christ is in heaven, but He is also on Earth without physically being on Earth.
We as humans have finite and limited minds. There are somethings about the Christian Walk that we didn't understand, don't understand, and never will understand because we are not able to comprehend it. God's mind is infinite since He created everything and since He is God. However, all questions that cannot be answered on the earth will be answered in heaven. You just need to keep believing and strive to strengthen your relationshiop with Him.
If you mean "Where's Jesus?" as in you are suffering misfortunes and are wondering why Jesus has not magically rescued you and given you wealth and fame and realized all of your unfulfilled dreams, it's because he would be doing you a disservice if He did that. We were put on this earth to improve it and spread his Word, and also to improve our own lives and character and the only way to test an individual's character is to face them with adversity (a.k.a. problems, misfortunes, shortcomings, letdowns, etc.). So, God puts each and every one of us through predispostions and hardships. If one's character is strong, then they will overcome the challenge, but if their character is weak, they will succumb to it. God will not fix every problem that you have. He has given you the necessary means to overcome it. You just have to know how as he expects you to rise to the occasion. For more information on this second paragraph, I encourage you to watch the 2003 movie "Bruce Almighty" starring Jim Carrey, Jennifer Aniston, and Morgan Freeman as God. While it is a comedy, it has a strong and powerful message about how God knows what's best and we don't. Good luck.
