I want to loose but without to go to gyms,, I want to do something in home or to do for my own way.. gyms are so far away from me, i live far from the city.. please help me thanks for answering well

it is not possible to lose fat from one area of the body, you must work to lose the fat from all of your body. The best exercise you can do is walking. The body was designed to walk, so get out there and take a brisk thirty minute walk everyday, gradually extending your time walking to an hour.
Eat low fat foods and limit your meat consumption to three ounces a day. (a piece of meat would be the size of a deck of cards) Kudos to you for wanting to be healthier.

It's impossible to shed weight in one target area. I also have a tummy, it's always there no matter how much working out and dieting I do (I am also athletic and a healthy weight). Crunches tighten and build muscle but they don't get rid of fat. You can workout without a gym though. Running, biking, swimming, and basketball are all great workouts that don't require a gym membership.

Well I have the same problem its in my stomach area well becuz after my 2 kids n people always tell me that doing crunches mmaybe can help I dont know but i aswell would love to know

50 sit ups 3 times a day. You will feel results right away. In a week your pants will be like woah.

can't just loose stomach fat
you must loose over all weight
no tricks eat right and exercise
