salad (make your own, not fast food. add hard boiled egg, fruit, nuts, whatever you like!). peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread. try the Kashi frozen meals, they're tasty and healthy. oh and cereal isn't bad.

Here is my 200-300 calorie lunches:

Usually I have 6 slices of Oscar Mayer smoked turkey (45 calories) on two slices of sara lee delightful wheat bread (90 calories) and I add lettace and tomatoes to it and spicy brown mustard. Also have a piece of fruit or a yogurt.

Or if I am eating at home I make a lean cuisine or something which usually are 200-250 calories

A few light lunch meals I have are mixed salad with canned tuna or chicken to give it some substance or I have a whole wheat tortilla with cheese. Really simple, but it fills me up!

Dip apple slices in Peanut butter. Wrap up leftovers from last night in a whole wheat tortilla. I like a veggie sandwich--I keep chopped veggies in fridge, then just toss 'em between 2 slices wholegrain bread with a slice of cheese (or not), Dijon mustard (or not)--whatever I have in fridge!!
