no, i believe they are talking about bombing the house which is just bad to do for other animals and yourself. The best thing to do for Fleas is to get this powder called 7 dust, you can get it at lowes, home depot, or any gardening center.. sprikle it all over your yard and then put a line at the base of your door, so when the dog goes in the house the fleas jump off. fleas will not go near it, and it is safe for animals. you can put the powder on your dog to.

A flea bomb is a product to treat you entire house to eliminate any fleas in the house. It is not used on the dog and no one can be in the house at the time.
