Um...I think the real question here is how is it okay for someone to be spanking you? I personally think it sounds abusive.

>About me: hi, i'm 16 and live in ohio with three siblings

Since, we presume, it is your parents who are spanking you then (as a guy) I would suggest you try our methods:

1. Accept that spankings HURT, they are SUPPOSED to hurt. -- don't try taking any internal medicines!!

2. Expect that your butt's gonna FEEL like it getting "tore up" and it will seem like the spanking is lasting an hour!! [In reality, probably a couple of minutes, maybe three at the most. And the stinging feel subsides quite quickly.]

3. If you come in from winter-cool outdoors, do try to get your backside naturally warmed BEFORE they warm it for you -- it seems to really hurt when the backside starts cold!

4. If you are very opposed to being spanked, try to negotiate with your parents for grounding or loss of privileges (for a significant length of time) as an alternative. Try to persuade them those methods will be MORE effective. And, given a chance, demonstrate that.

5. If you are gonna get spanked, accept that you "deserve" to be punished [or, at least, that your parents believe you "deserve" it]. Like I've decided, it is not ME that is being "spanked", it is just my butt that is. Yeah, the spanking still hurts, but maybe it doesn't seem quite as bad that way.

6. Even if you are "a Christian and go to Church" that still is no excuse for your parents to abusively punish you. Yeah, if you know you've done something "really stupid" and/or they believe you deserve punishment, then you and they should come so some agreement as to what is appropriate punishment for a 16 year old. Sure, a spanking is gonna "hurt", for a teen expect for it to HURT big time, for a few minutes. But if your butt is "hurting" too much, get help!!!

Ibuprofren usually works good for pain to come and that's gonna hurt.

Don't tense up your buttock that makes it worse for the pain.

Let yourself cry, it'll help release the tension and might make the spanker feel sorry for you sooner.

Ask if they'll start with a warm up spanking if they plan on using something other than their hand. They can warm up your butt with their hand before using whatever object they were planning on it.

Don't try layers of clothing because that might just make them more angry and you can feel layers of clothes under a good hand.

Don't try to persuade them because it'll just prolong the inevitable and probably make them more mad. If you can't just stand there and take it then ask/beg once and then go along with it.

If you're over a bed or near it grab a pillow and stick your face in it. That'll help muffle the cries and give you something to focus on rather than what's happening to your naughty bottom.

Who's spanking you, and why? If it's your b/f spanking you for erotic pleasure, get him to start off spanking you quite gently and gradually work up to harder swats, stopping every so often to rub and stroke your bottom.

If it's your parents and you're getting spanked as punishment, all you can do is try and stay out of trouble and look forward to leaving home.

PS Of course, if they're parental spankings, you could always try this: when the spanking starts, wriggle your bottom sensuously and go: "Mmmmm! Ooooh! Oh YESSS! Oh, harder, please!" Worth a try....

Apply ice packs on the painful areas for fifteen minutes, several times a day. Advil soft gel capsules will work on the pain , take them four times daily.

Toughen your backside up by having your partner drag you naked over asphalt. It really does do the trick, or you could change roles and you just spank your partner.
