It cannot really be done without having a virtual macintosh program or by getting a hacked illegal version of tiger for x86 (which probably wouldnt be very stable anyhow) If you would pay 100 dollars for tiger, why not just pay 300 dollars for a used mac mini on ebay which would come with the OS too?

You need the Hardware to run the software.
When you say you run things like QuickTime, iTunes and Safari. those are Windows versions of Mac programs.

I think no. PC's do not have the proper chips to run MAC OS's. but there may be an emulator that can do it. see the following:

Hello see i am not 100 % sure but what i have heard that microsoft is so bad that they had made their os in such a way that u cnt use mac
but in mac u can use windows using boot camp

Not legally, but you can legally install Windows on a Mac.
That's what honest people do, using Boot Camp or Parallels.
BTW, you can't buy OS X, it's included with Macs.

yes you should be able to. theres a program called pearPC and it allows you to install MAC OS X on to a windows computer. just search pearPC on the internet and website gives great instructions on how to go through the process.

mac softwares only work on apple computers, but you can use some windows xp software such as vista on mac but not the other way round

no they won't run properly..
apple could make it work on a pc IF they wanted, but they'd rather you buy an apple mac..
intel chipsets now even less excuse ;-)
also it might upset billy.hehe
