Sounds like you are doing a real good job. You might want to increase the amount of ab exercises you are currently doing. Perhaps increase the amount of weight and/or the reps on an ab cruncher machine. The bench press is a great exercise, but it isn't going to help your abs at all. Also, make sure you are burning at least 400 calories per half hour on some sort of intense workout, like the eliptical. Since you have already lost 10 pounds, you appear to be on the right track, just be patient and keep working hard.

there is no way we can spot reduce body fat. the only fat burning exercise is cardio.
why you havent lost and inch of your belly - sit ups, crunches etc build muscle, they do NOT burn fat so they make your belly look bigger because there is more muscle underneath the layer of fat. you probably have lost fat from those areas but because of wrong idea about exercises you dont see it.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

in the time of this order only: one million. decrease out intense alcohol - cut back quantity & attempt ingesting vodka with weight-help plan coke or juice because it rather is much less fattening than beer, cocktails or bottles! 2. decrease out all undesirable meals - you recognize what you're able to no longer be ingesting! 3. Do a great number of cardio (drink a great number of water) to lose the subsequent point of weight. 4. Tone up: take a seat-ups, planks, loose weights - artwork those abs! 5. do no longer look back! Why could you pick to? you look and experience great!

Hmm...I am trying to lose some belly fat too. What I am doing is working out on elipticals, working my stomach out on ab machines and doing sit ups (normal ones, and ones where my legs are crossed). I am also working out my love handles. You also have to eat better too. Thats a major key...if you eat bad and work out, nothing will happen. You can treat yourself once in a while but, not too often. it's hard to do. good luck!

general diet and exercise (CARDIO) is best walk, bike, rollerblade, swim or run on a regular basis 45 minutes at least and also eat right. no fast food and no regular soda. sugar free drinks only. eat small portions 6 times daily. good luck
