I'm a 19 year old female and I want to grow taller but it seems my height growth has been stagnant since the 6th grade. I am 5'2". I would like to grow at least 2 more inches. In my fantasy I would like to be 5'6"-5'10" lol but only in my dreams I guess would this be possible. Anyways I wanna know do people really have an age when they just stop growing? If so whats the age for girls? I have all sorts of heights in my family, but regardless of them, do I still have a chance if i try methods of growing taller? Like what should I eat, drink, do? I know calcium so milk blah blah...what else though?

Yes !
I know every body can grow taller specially before 30 ,but it is slower .Drink milk and do exercises professionally.don't wear high heeled shoes a lot .
Read books to find more.
I'm 19 too and I'm 5'4".four years ago I was too shorter than now ,I found swimming too much helpful for growing taller ,and now I want to grow more . At that time every body who saw me I want to grow taller told me it is impossible but it happened and Ive grown taller !
You can do if you hope !it doesn't related to the age ,age is just a justification just a excuse not to do more and make other hopeless!

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

Like my father, I grew 3 inches taller after I was 20. It's genetics. Now I am exactly the same height as my mother, who reached her full height in 8th grade. Go figure. I'm a girl, too

you are still growing but at a speed of like a germ a day now because you are older and the slows down the growing prosses until 25 when it stops for good. You are always going to stop growing at 25 boy or girl.

your height is genetically predetermined. There is nothing you can do, aside from very dangerous and painful surgery, to increase your height. At 19, most women are finished with that sort of growth, so I suspect you are at your max height now.

Sounds like you are hoping for a miracle. Wishful thinking.
