This is one of my favorites:
Slice up some apples and onions. Place on top of your chops in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with about a cup of brown suger. Cover with foil and bake at 400 until done (about 40 minutes for thicker chops).
I serve it with rice and a veggie. So easy, and so good!

Marinate pork chops in olive oil, lemon juice and either Greek seasoning or oregano if you don't have the Greek seasoning.
Marinate for 30 minutes then either grill or bake until done.
It's delicious.

Yes! Try this:
Put about a quarter of a stick of butter (real butter, margerine won't work as well) in a frying pan. Sprinkle your chops with garlic powder and a little salt and pepper. Fry on medium-high heat on one side until the edges curl and turn light brown. Then flip them over and fry the other side until done. Serve with parmesan potatoes and corn or salad.
Try parmesan potatoes with them:
Clean several potatoes, then cut them into half-inch slices. Melt one stick of butter (real butter) and pour about half of it into a baking dish. Sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese. Add potato slices (one layer only), pour the rest of the butter over the potatoes evenly, and then add more parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until potatoes are soft. They are delicious!!

One of the recipes my family loves is take your pork chops, spread about a tablespoon on mustard on each one.
One side or both sides, your preference.
Then cover with finely crushed croutons.
Bake at 350 and enjoy.
Really simple, and very tasty!
