You can try to buy a product like Debrox, or similar product next to it on the shelf at the drugstore. You put a few drops in your ear, and wait 10 minutes (or something like that--read the box) and it loosens your earwax. Then, it usually helps to rinse out your ear with warm water using a rubber bulb ear syringe. (Some earwax removal kits come with these, although I don't think the Debrox does). Just make sure the water isn't too hot, and don't put it in forcefully. Make sure your head is tilted to the side over a bowl or the sink or something so the water (and earwax) can drain back out. You may need to rinse several times. It's kind of messy, you'll probably get wet. If you aren't comfortable doing it yourself, or if this doesn't work, you can have your doctor do it for you.

NOTE: You should NOT put Q-tips in your ears, you may push it in farther or puncture your eardrum.

Dont jam in Q-tips. You can use peroxide. Lay on your side and pour a small amount in your ears. When you feel the bubbling subside, roll over and allow it to drain completly. Then you can use a q-tip to lighly clean the outer parts of the wax that has loosened.

Warning - This tickles ALOT....I love to do this once a week or so...

You can buy kits at your local drug store or walmart. You can also use peroxide. It bubbles up and feels funny as hell but it does work. I suggest warming it a little bit first. The kit contains a bulb ( you know the things that you use to suck boogers out of a babies nose) and the liquid that you put in your ear. It is quite easy to use.

One way is to use olive oil to soften the wax in your ears and then it is easier to remove.

See your doctor. Never attempt to do it your self. If it is smaller then your elbow do not stick it in your ear.
